Philip and his two man crew worked quickly, efficiently, with attention to detail. Shout out to Philip for his lighthearted positive attitude, strong customer service, courtesy, and teaching your team to “clean up as you go” versus mass cleanup at the end of the job. I was very impressed.
Philip takes great pride in his work and insured his team did the same. The proof is in the pudding i.e. my new windows.

We’ve been shopping for windows for years and have always been reluctant to move forward. We are contractors ourselves and know how something should be done. This meeting made it on the calendar accidentally as I thought it was a company for something else — it was divine intervention in the best of ways. The product (Anlin), sales (Andre), and installers (Johnathan, Jason, and Philip) were all nothing short of AMAZING. The entire installation took less than 2 days and I have ZERO complaints. They were efficient, informative, and careful and clean workers. When they saw something that could potentially be an issue they took care of so it wasn’t my problem later. Thanks guys! A+

Mitch and Chris came out to install our windows in September. They did a great job. Overall, we are happy with our experience with the company and product. I would definitely recommend this company. The temperature indoors dramatically decreased to 71 degrees from what it was before, which was in the low 90’s range. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture of our old windows temperature indoors. These pictures were taken in September, when the windows were first installed.

We’ve had over 10 years of great experiences working with Optum Home Solutions. Our first experience was with Optum's predecessor company, when we replaced most of the windows in our house. Great service, great product and a great experience was our introduction to the company. For a large project, with some special requirements (a very large window in our bedroom), they were very easy to work with and provided a quality product and installation. My wife and I were amazed at how much of a difference the new windows made in the comfort and look of our house.
When it was time to complete the window replacement and also replace 2 exterior doors, our only call was to Optum. The initial contact, follow up measurement and final installation were great experiences (as expected). Mitch N and Jason T were outstanding to work with - great customer experience and installation knowledge. We’ve had over 10 years of great experiences working with Optum Home Solutions. Our first experience was with Optum's predecessor company, when we replaced most of the windows in our house. Great service, great product and a great experience was our introduction to the company. For a large project, with some special requirements (a very large window in our bedroom), they were very easy to work with and provided a quality product and installation. My wife and I were amazed at how much of a difference the new windows made in the comfort and look of our house.

They showed us the product Optum offers and how much heat can get through the Sun matrix treated glass (none!!!). We were very impressed with the quality of the windows, screens and trim, they offered it in a beautiful adobe color at no extra cost. I have since changed this to five stars due to the wonderful service I ended up getting. It did start as this ——ONE STAR given at this point as Iv done many updates—-changed it to 3 after the update
I waited to write a review for this reason. I got a loan through greensky for windows and doors to be done at both of my condos in Mesa from the optimum home solutions -Tempe office. Jeff and Bob assisted me and job was completed May 19, 2023 for a total of 32,650.00. The sales lady, office help at that time, Bob and Jeff along with the installers were all great and accommodating to both households one day after another. Jeff assured me if I was to ever have any issues to give them a call and they wouldn’t leave me hanging like other companies in the past on projects. Well, well, well… here we are now! In my one unit of 5 I am having difficulties with both sliding doors to be a huge struggle to open and they jump when trying to close and are super difficult. I have been calling the office since beginning of March (more than a month at this point) where I continuously get told that somebody will call me back. I have explained exactly what the situation is and have sent email with the pictures that does not show the problem but OK I did what I was told (aggravating) and it’s been one excuse to another as to people leaving being on vacation leaving having a day off. I’m sorry I’ve not heard back from the person. I’m sorry the person is out. I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry and apparently they only have one person for service. So while I am pretty much positive at this point because it is a fire hazard, not being able to get out of the backside of my condo with children, I’m going to have to hire another company to come out and fix what the issue is. The latest “ I’m sorry” Was a callback that should’ve been placed on Monday and never did and I had to call them again yesterday, Wednesday. So I am strongly and I mean STRONGLY ADVISING PEOPLE TO SEARCH FOR A DIFFERENT WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT COMPANY, SOMEBODY WHO CAN ACTUALLY SERVICE YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THIS COMPANY IS UNABLE TO DO SO. I have waited to place a comment on a company due to my past with other companies and I’m glad that I did not give a good review when getting my windows replaced. Now that I actually need them serviced I can give an honest opinion. Perhaps they will actually call me back after this review??? How sad companies have become !!!!

While I am not crazy about the office staff, I can say that the people who helped me pick out my windows, the installers and now the techs that fix things are all amazing. Thank you Jason for all you’ve done and will continue to help me with. 5 stars for you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have worked with Optimum before as they are the ones who put my windows in a couple of years ago. I happened To see that they offer a specific door that I need and called them. Jason called me and said that he could help me to get the right door that I need. He is very knowledgeable in his product and goes above and beyond to help his clients. He drove from the west side of Phoenix all the way to the East Side of Phoenix to measure the door so that we have all the right measurements and that he could give me the best estimate possible. I needed something done with one of the windows that I had purchased from them and on his way back to the West side he took time out of his day to take care of my window. Though everybody that I have spoken to at Optimum has been great, I am glad that I have a contact I can go to that I know will take care of my needs. You do not find very many people today who will provide the customer service that Jason does.

I have worked with Optimum before as they are the ones who put my windows in a couple of years ago. I happened To see that they offer a specific door that I need and called them. Jason called me and said that he could help me to get the right door that I need. He is very knowledgeable in his product and goes above and beyond to help his clients. He drove from the west side of Phoenix all the way to the East Side of Phoenix to measure the door so that we have all the right measurements and that he could give me the best estimate possible. I needed something done with one of the windows that I had purchased from them and on his way back to the West side he took time out of his day to take care of my window. Though everybody that I have spoken to at Optimum has been great, I am glad that I have a contact I can go to that I know will take care of my needs. You do not find very many people today who will provide the customer service that Jason does.

Jake came over to our home today as scheduled and gave us a quote on an upstairs bath remodel. He was on time, on point, and on the ball. He presented us with many options, suggestions, recommendations, and set our expectations regarding the work to be done, it's expected duration, and any details that we had questions about. He even educated us on a few things that we'd not even thought about. Afterwards, his price quote was reasonable, in "the Ballpark", and his overall professionalism earned the sale. I look forward to having Optum do this work. I feel very confident about all of it, and will edit the review if need be in the future!
(UPDATE!) Optum Home Solutions remodeled our tub area in one of our smaller bath rooms. Nothing fantastic or fancy. We were looking for child/toddler friendly over style. The solution they designed was simple, effective and very nice.
"Lyle", their installer was perfect. We'd expected a lot of dust, noise and commotion, but Lyle completed the entire job in less than two days. As an unexpected bonus, at the end of each day, you couldn't even tell that he was here. He left no mess in-between the work days, was as quiet as a mouse and couldn't have been any more professional and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better install, and installer.
We've had home improvement companies in the past come in for a small variety of things, and this was BY FAR the B-E-S-T experience we've ever had.
I simply cannot think of how things could have been any better.

Installers Rob and Nick replaced almost all the windows in my home as they worked professionally for Optum Home Solutions. They took out the old windows, installed the new windows, and caulked around the windows. Some of the windows were very difficult to remove. My wife and I received a very thorough demonstration of how to clean the windows and frames. We also were told about each window and what we need to do if any area around the window needs touch up. Installers Rob and Nick replaced almost all the windows in my home as they worked professionally for Optum Home Solutions. They took out the old windows, installed the new windows, and caulked around the windows. Some of the windows were very difficult to remove. My wife and I received a very thorough demonstration of how to clean the windows and frames. We also were told about each window and what we need to do if any area around the window needs touch up. Optum Home Solutions replaced my old shower tub to a very nice looking shower. Josiah was my installer for this project. Josiah was so nice, informative, helpful and professional. We hired Optum solutions for a bathroom renovation project (bath to walking shower) last September. Would like to share our fabulous experience with this team. From planning to executing. Michael Furr was our design consultant, very efficient, communication and timeliness have been outstanding (the project was done before the scheduled time).
Special recognition to Lyle, that executed the project (from demolition to installation) in less than 2 days. Very friendly and professional. Also, after both demolition and installation phases my bathroom was left in extremely clean conditions.
Would definitely give both of them my highest recommendations.

Very happy customer! Referred by a neighbor in early Feb 2023. Met owner and staff at Maricopa County Home Show on Feb 24. Setup an appointment for an estimate the next day. Measurements done March 10. 13 windows and an oversized sliding door installed May 12 with final caulking completed May 15. Roger, Nick, and Kiri did an amazing job working in the Arizona heat to get the job done! Nick did an excellent job of caulking all the windows and replacing the wood trim around the sliding door to finish the project today. This crew knows how to get the job done correctly and they were a pleasure to have in my home. All debris was cleaned up before they left leaving me with just the residual dust that comes with any construction project.
