SMS/MMS Program Terms & Conditions
Program description
When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS), automated or not, to your email address and mobile number. These kinds of messages may include, but are not limited to: a quote estimate, response to a service or product inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, follow up, answer to any question that you may have, or solicitations, promotions and other marketing messages (collectively, the “Program”).
Program frequency
You can expect to receive 5 – 10 messages per month from us, based on your project needs.
Opt-out
You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Disclaimer and Interruption
The Program is offered on an “as is” basis. Optum HS LLC will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any email or text messages connected with the Program. Delivery of email or text message is subject to effective transmission from your carrier, wireless service provider, or network operator, and is outside of Optum HS LLC’s control. Your wireless service provider, or network operator is not liable for delayed or undelivered emails or text messages. Your participation in the Program is at your sole discretion and risk, and if you are dissatisfied with the Program, text message content, or these SMS/MMS Program Terms and Conditions, you should opt-out (as described in Section 4 hereof) and cease use of the Program.
Cost
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Changes to Email and Text Communication Terms and Conditions
Optum HS LLC may revise, modify, or amend these SMS/MMS Program Terms and Conditions at any time. You agree to review these Email and Text Communication Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive Optum HS LLC SMS/MMS messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
