Our organization is seeking an experienced and driven Office Manager to oversee all aspects of office management, as well as to drive installation revenue through customer interactions, order processing, installation scheduling, training, and financial reporting. The Office Manager will report to the CEO and senior staff, and will be expected to make organizational decisions independently when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Drive and promote our core values, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Partner with the Customer Care Team and Production Manager to manage customer experience and ensure that Delivered and Paid objectives are achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Manage office operations such as accounts receivable, receipts, receiving, customer communication, payroll, finance, margins, parts take off, and customer satisfaction, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training activities to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure timely and documented customer satisfaction reviews.
- Manage and monitor Customer Care and installation projections to achieve established customer experience processes.
- Provide leadership and training to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Promote a safety-minded culture and maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and complete and on-time delivery.
- Deliver high-quality work under pressure or with short turnaround times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with financial reporting and data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
