In-Home Sales Representative

We’re looking for top Sales Professionals to add to our highly successful sales force. Top performers are highly compensated and can earn over $150,000! The In-Home Sales Representative is a full-time position responsible for the sale of the project and reports to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities

• You will be visiting our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs
• You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services
• You will have industry-leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale
• Commitment to customer service experience from start to end
• To start new reps will need their own iPad for presentation purposes.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred, but not required (any sales background is beneficial)
• No sales experience? If you have the ability to connect with people, you are coachable and you have a burning desire to succeed, we encourage you to apply!
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Self-motivation and results orientation
• A healthy sense of competition—tempered by an equally strong sense of teamwork
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends, including up to 60 miles away in distance
• Good character on professional appearance, excellent oral and written communication and customer focused
• Must have own vehicle.
