Optum Home Solutions Referral Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Optum Home Solutions Referral Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Objective – The Optum Home Solutions Referral Program aims to encourage satisfied customers to refer friends and family to Optum Home Solutions.
2. Eligibility – The referral program is open to all existing customers of Optum Home Solutions who have previously purchased and completed a project. Spouses and individuals residing in the same household as the referrer are not eligible to be counted as referrals. Project minimums: 3 window minimum, wet area of bath only.
3. Referral Incentive – For each successful referral made by an existing customer that results in a sale, the referrer will receive a $500 gift card as a token of appreciation. Gift card sent out after completion of reffered job.
4. Reward for Referred – The referred individual(s) will receive a discount of $250 off their project with Optum Home Solutions.
5. Referral Process – Referrals can be submitted via the designated referral form on the Optum Home Solutions website, by contacting customer support directly at the number at the top of your screen. Referrals made through any other means may not be eligible for the referral program.
6. Verification and Reward Distribution – A successful referral is defined as a referral that results in a completed sale with Optum Home Solutions. Referral rewards will be distributed to the referrer upon successful completion and payment of the referred project. Optum Home Solutions reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals and to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitations – Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Referral rewards may be subject to taxation, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to report any applicable taxes.
8. Modification of Terms – Optum Home Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
